Most of my jewelry is made to order with occasional exceptions. Production time is generally 1 to 3 weeks.  Items will ship within three weeks of payment date - please see Shipping & Returns for more information. Handcrafting takes time and your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Absolutely. I am happy to discuss any ideas you might have. Please note that custom orders are final sales and require a deposit.  

Each piece of Little Toro Designs jewelry is handcrafted by Tawney Weir. Due to the organic nature of this process, slight and natural variations may occur and the finished piece may not be identical to the photograph. It means your piece is one of a kind.  

Enameling is the fusion of powdered glass to metal at high temperatures. My enamel pieces have been kiln fired a minimum of four times and have multiple layers. It is a strong material, but please note that enamel may chip or crack if dropped, especially on hard surfaces, so use care when handling your jewelry.  

Little Toro Designs jewelry pieces are handcrafted with care and should withstand years of normal wear. However, stones and enamel may chip or crack if dropped on hard surfaces so use care when handling your jewelry.  

Enamel pieces may be cleaned with a soft cloth, avoiding abrasives and chemicals.  You can use a polishing cloth on the metal parts if it's a mixed metal and enamel piece.

Brass and silver will eventually oxidize and attain a vintage look, but a polishing cloth can be used to remove tarnish if you prefer.  It is best to store Little Toro Designs pieces in a sealed plastic bag when they aren’t being worn.

Please note if the metal has an added patina (the metal has been purposefully oxidized as part of the design), do not clean with anything other than soap and water or the original metal color will be exposed.  

Take care to remove jewelry before showering and avoid applying lotions or hair products while wearing Little Toro Designs jewelry.

I will accept authorized returns within 10 days.  Please contact me at littletorodesigns@gmail.com for a return authorization.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Your purchase MUST be returned in its original condition and packaging before the refund or exchange is processed. Please note that the safe arrival of returned products is the responsibility of the customer. All returns should be insured, as I cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. 

If an item is returned without prior approval, or if an item arrives and does not meet my return policy requirements, I have the right to deny a return or exchange.

In the event that you receive a faulty item, I am happy to repair the piece, give you a complete refund, or arrange an exchange. I will refund you the cost of shipping.
