How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most of my jewelry is made to order with occasional exceptions. Production time is generally 1 to 2 weeks. Items will ship within two weeks of payment date - please see Shipping & Returns for more information. Handcrafting takes time and your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Do you do custom work?
Absolutely. I am happy to discuss any ideas you might have. Please note that custom orders are final sales and require a deposit.
Will my piece look exactly like the one pictured in the photograph?
Each piece of Little Toro Designs jewelry is handcrafted by Tawney Weir. Due to the organic nature of this process, slight and natural variations may occur and the finished piece may not be identical to the photograph. It means your piece is one of a kind.
What is enamel?
Enameling is the fusion of powdered glass to metal at high temperatures. My enamel pieces have been kiln fired a minimum of four times and have multiple layers. It is a strong material, but please note that enamel may chip or crack if dropped, especially on hard surfaces, so use care when handling your jewelry.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Little Toro Designs jewelry pieces are handcrafted with care and should withstand years of normal wear. However, stones and enamel may chip or crack if dropped on hard surfaces so use care when handling your jewelry.
Enamel pieces may be cleaned with a soft cloth, avoiding abrasives and chemicals. You can use a polishing cloth on the metal parts if it's a mixed metal piece.
Brass and silver will oxidize and attain a vintage look, but a polishing cloth can be used to remove oxidation if you prefer.
Please note if the metal has an added patina (the metal has been purposefully oxidized as part of the design), do not clean with anything other than soap or water or the original metal color will be exposed.
What is your returns policy?
As your satisfaction is paramount, your purchase is fully refundable under the following conditions. I will accept authorized returns within 7 days. Please contact me at email@example.com for a return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Your purchase must be returned in its original condition and packaging before the refund or exchange will be processed. All returns must be insured, as I cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages.
In the event that you receive a faulty item, I am happy to repair the piece, give you a complete refund, or arrange an exchange. Return shipping costs will be refunded.
Can I see your jewelry in person?
